Open your browser and visit the official Sri Lanka National Fuel Pass website:
If you are a new user, register here first:
Enter your Sri Lankan mobile number (the one you used when registering for the fuel pass).
Click Send OTP. You will receive a one-time password via SMS on your registered number.
Enter the OTP code received via SMS and click Submit to log in.
Your QR code will appear on screen. This is the same QR code as before — it does not change.
Take a screenshot of your QR code and save it — you'll need this image to generate your card below.
If you previously registered for a fuel pass but can't remember which SIM you used, don't worry — try each of your numbers:
1. Go to fuelpass.gov.lk/login
2. Enter one of your SIM numbers and click Send OTP
3. If you get a message saying "OTP sent", that is the number linked to your fuel pass
4. Enter the OTP you received to log in and view your QR
5. If you get an error, try your next SIM number and repeat
Your QR code is permanent — it stays the same every time you log in. You only need to get it once and save the screenshot.
Come back to this generator and click "Build Your Own Card" on the home screen.
Enter your weekly fuel quota in litres (shown on your official pass).
Upload the screenshot of your QR code that you saved from the government portal.
Click Generate Pass — your formatted card will appear instantly.
Tap Download Pass to save the high-quality PNG image to your phone or computer.
